The Resilient Aging Program
This comprehensive 5-month program is thoughtfully designed to target common signs of aging while providing lasting support. Through Biofeedback, Nervous System Regulation, Nutrition Coaching, and Personalized Bodywork Sessions, you'll receive a tailored approach to restore vitality, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being.
1. Wellness Assessment (90 minutes)
Your journey starts with a detailed Wellness Assessment. In this 90-minute session, we review your health history, identify potential concerns, discuss your goals, and analyze your biofeedback scan. Using advanced AO Scan technology, which you can access either virtually or in person, we provide comprehensive insights. Discover more about this biofeedback technology here.
2. Wellness Care Plan Session (90 minutes)
After completing your Wellness Assessment, you’ll then schedule a 90-minute Wellness Care Plan session. During this appointment, we’ll craft a personalized plan to enhance your health resilience. Additionally, we may adjust the plan based on your age, health conditions, and specific needs. By the end of the session, you’ll have the tools and resources required to make measurable progress toward your health goals.
3. Power Sessions (4 sessions, 45 minutes each)
To help you stay on track, you’ll schedule four Power Sessions, roughly every two weeks following your Care Plan session. These 45-minute appointments are designed to review your progress, make necessary adjustments to your care plan, and address any questions or concerns that come up.
4. Cognomovement Sessions (6 sessions, 60 minutes each)
A pivotal component of the program is the Cognomovement sessions, which you should schedule weekly. Each session lasts about 60 minutes, though it may vary in length. Ideally, you will attend these sessions in person; however, we can also conduct them remotely if needed.
Cognomovement integrates elements of EMDR and somatic release techniques to rewire your brain and nervous system, thus promoting healthier thinking patterns and a better gut-brain connection. By toning the vagus nerve and retraining your body’s stress response, you will improve your gut biome and autonomic nervous system (ANS) regulation. After just one session, many people notice enhanced mood, better sleep cycles, and improved social interactions. Furthermore, I will teach you how to incorporate these practices into your daily routine and provide access to my Cognomovement Mini Series.
5. Bodywork Sessions (10 sessions, 90 minutes each)
Throughout the program, you’ll enjoy eight 90-minute bodywork sessions tailored to your health goals. These sessions might include lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, trigger point therapy, fascial release techniques, or a customized combination.
By addressing fascial restrictions and misalignments through massage and bodywork, you can create space and enhance body awareness, which benefits every aspect of health and healing.
