Yes, I offer video and phone call services through a platform that is HIIPA compliant.

If I purchase a program or package and decide I don’t want to put effort into changing my diet or lifestyle is it refundable?

No, once you commit to the program considerable effort goes into providing customized care so the program is non-refundable.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, Most programs and packages are set up to bill monthly in payments.

How do I access my appointments when I purchase?

You will be directed to create an account through an app called “healthie” after purchase. This will be your portal for booking and contact with your practitioner. 

Do you include meal plans with your programs?

I may share diet recommendations and help you narrow down problematic foods but I will not create a meal plan for you. You will gain valuable insights into how to customize your own meal plans.
