Every woman should have the opportunity to feel educated and empowered as she prepares for one of the biggest moments of her life. Too many women have less than empowering birth experiences that result in trauma and ongoing difficulties in their recovery process. Whether you are preparing for a hospital birth or delving into home birth possibilities, having a supportive birth assistant (AKA doula) can make a positive difference!
About Me: I am a dedicated birth advocate with training in neuro-remapping around trauma, nervous system regulation, and vagus nerve tone.
I am certified in Foot Zone therapy, Functional Nutrition, Cognomovement, Mercier Therapy, and an LMT.
Supporting and educating through the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum process is an incredible journey with each family I share this intimate experience with.
I proudly serve families in the Salt Lake, Draper, West Jordan, South Jordan, Lehi, Bluffdale, Herriman, Riverton, Sandy, and American Fork areas, offering expert care and support tailored to their unique needs.
Basic Package: Essential Support
- This includes two prenatal in-person meetings to discuss both preferences, coping techniques, and any concerns.
- Mapping in the “birth plan” using Cognomovement therapy.
- On-Call availability: Access to phone, text, or email support for questions and concerns leading up to labor.
- Continuous labor support: attendance at the birth to provide continuous emotional and physical support throughout labor and delivery.
- Massage, Foot Zoning, and Frequency Support as needed will be available throughout the labor.
Standard Package: Comprehensive Care
- Everything included in the Basic Package + one post natal visit that includes massage and reflexology for mama and baby.
- Check-in on mood and recovery process. Offer coaching or counseling as needed. Up to two hours.
Premium Package: Enhanced Support
- Everything is included in the Standard Package.
- Six Months of Wellness Coaching Support around diet, supplements, sleep management, etc…
- AO Scan program for new moms and babies. Includes interpreting food sensitivities for breastfeeding mamas.
- SEFI playlists for mama and baby to assist with nursing support, milk supply, reflux, teething, sleep…
- This package is incredible for first-time mamas.
